Lkb8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Casino Platform Rules

Lkb8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "lkb8") is an online digital entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, poker, e-sports, Virtual Sports, slots, and other gaming services to eligible users.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at lkb8 at any one time. This prohibition includes registering under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method if the intent is to circumvent platform limits or abuse the promotions system.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Lkb8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• Lkb8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a specified amount for AML compliance purposes
• Any taxes or charges imposed by payment providers are the member's sole responsibility

Lkb8 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Key withdrawal conditions to be aware of:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to the payment method that same as the deposit method most recent or a verified method registered under the member's name. This is a standard security measure.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• Lkb8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. This is standard AML compliance procedure.
• Withdrawal processing times for eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are 3–10 minutes after approval. For DuitNow and FPX, the timeframe is 10–30 minutes.

Lkb8 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only by each member unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Rollover rates and eligible games vary by bonus type.
• Claimed bonuses non-transferable to other members or redeemed directly for cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Lkb8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members registering for the first time only. Creating multiple accounts to claim this bonus again constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Bets placed using bonus credits count towards VIP level progression unless otherwise stated.
• Lkb8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus claims that are currently in progress through rollover.

All games offered at lkb8 — including Live Casino, Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton), poker, e-sports, Virtual Sports, and slots — are subject to their respective game-specific rules in addition to the following general rules:

• All game results are final once generated by the system, a live dealer, or a certified RNG. No disputes may be raised against a valid result.
• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be reversed or altered, unless a technical error on lkb8's part can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, lkb8 will use system data to determine the status of the bet. lkb8's decision in such matters is final.
• Lkb8 prohibits any form of use of automated software, bots or assistance tools that provides an unfair advantage in any game. Such violations may result in immediate account closure.
• For Sports Betting, lkb8 reserves the right to void or revise any bet where the displayed odds contain an error due to a technical fault or data input mistake. In such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned to the member's account balance.
• Winnings derived from the exploitation of known software bugs or system errors are invalid, and lkb8 reserves the right to confiscate such winnings.

For e-sports betting (MLBB, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and others), lkb8 uses official match organiser data as the definitive reference for bet settlement. Any result changes made by the governing body after a bet has been settled will not affect the settlement at lkb8, except where expressly stated in the relevant game terms.

Member account security is a top priority at lkb8. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your browser and our servers. However, the responsibility for keeping your account secure is shared between lkb8 and the member:

• Members are responsible never share your password account to anyone, including lkb8 staff. lkb8 Support will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong and unique password for your lkb8 account. Avoid reusing the same password across other accounts.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available and strongly encouraged for all lkb8 accounts.
• Members are required to fully log out from your account session once you have finished using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Lkb8 bears no responsibility for any losses arising from a member disclosing their login credentials to another party, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact lkb8 support immediately for a temporary account freeze.

• Registering multiple accounts to abuse the system or promotions
• Suspected money laundering activity (AML)
• Withdrawal requests where the legitimacy of the fund source cannot be verified
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)
• Upon request by the relevant authorities

In cases of account suspension or closure due to a violation, lkb8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance after the investigation is concluded. For closures not involving a violation, any valid account balance will be returned to the member via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Lkb8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited in that member's account at the time of the claim.

Lkb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification for any material changes.

By continuing to use the lkb8 platform after any amendments are published, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the lkb8 platform shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established by lkb8, and lkb8's decision is final within the scope of platform operations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
